We are seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous reception or administration experience in a similar environment.">
  • Superior telephone communications and customer service skills.">
  • Ability to pick up electronic and manual administrative systems quickly.">
  • Excellent telephone systems skills.">
  • Professional presentation.">
  • Exposure to VicRoads registrations processes and ERA/Reynolds software systems is an advantage.">
