About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team at Vow. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for implementing robust engineering solutions, developing a quality management system, and ensuring the highest levels of product quality and food safety.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement physical, chemical, and/or biological quality control processes that adhere to fluid/changing regulatory guidelines or food quality requirements.
  • Solve hardware/mechanical issues and/or biological contamination issues.
  • Develop manufacturing processes and verification methods.
  • Design Quality Management systems from scratch and/or improve existing Quality Management systems.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns.
  • Organize internal and external audits.
  • Lead a team and/or manage a group of cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience building and implementing quality control processes.
  • Experience solving hardware/mechanical issues and/or biological contamination issues.
  • Experience developing manufacturing processes and verification methods.
  • Experience designing Quality Management systems.
  • Experience with HACCP/HARPC food quality systems.
  • Experience investigating and resolving customer concerns.
  • Experience organizing internal and external audits.
  • Experience leading a team and/or managing a group of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Degree or qualification in engineering, food science, dairy technology, microbiology, or a related discipline.
