Reliability Engineering Lead

The Role + We're seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing robust engineering solutions, developing a quality management system, and ensuring the highest levels of product quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical, chemical, and biological quality control processes that adhere to regulatory guidelines and food quality requirements.
  • Solve hardware and biological contamination issues, and develop manufacturing processes and verification methods.
  • Design and improve Quality Management systems, and lead internal and external audits.
  • Lead a team and manage cross-functional stakeholders, and develop a metrics framework to drive quality improvements.
  • Gain expertise in Vow's manufacturing processes, bioreactor operations, and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in engineering, food science, dairy technology, microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to develop a problem-solving framework and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to balance risk and accelerated timelines, and drive measurable results.
  • Experience with HACCP/HARPC food quality systems, and ability to develop a metrics framework.
