Job Title: Inventory Management Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Management Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory management and control across our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate inventory processes, systems, and reporting
  • Liaise with customers on inventory issues, reporting, and adjustments
  • Identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, and prepare reports
  • Manage annual, cyclical, and ad-hoc stocktaking processes
  • Analyze inventory velocity to identify fast and slow-moving stock and make recommendations
  • Plan for and assist in implementing new inventory into the operation
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in an inventory role within warehousing or storage, and:

  • Experience managing or operating inventory systems, procedures, and practices
  • Experience managing or coordinating cyclical and annual stocktakes across a large SKU base
  • Strong MS Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and numeracy skills (percentages/ratios)
