We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Warehouse & Inventory Clerk to join our operations team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and receiving, unpacking, and verifying deliveries. Additionally, they should be skilled in recording, labelling, and storing parts, spares, and consumables, as well as managing inventory systems and replenishing stock.
This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with Maintenance Technicians and Project Engineers to meet demand. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting regular stock counts and audits, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and preparing and dispatching equipment to the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Receiving, unpacking, and verifying deliveries;
- Recording, labelling, and storing parts, spares, and consumables;
- Managing inventory systems and replenishing stock;
- Preparing and dispatching equipment to the field;
- Conducting regular stock counts and audits;
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- 2+ years' experience in warehouse or inventory control;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems;
- Full, valid Australian Driver's License;
