Production operators play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless manufacturing operations. In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient setup and operation of equipment within your designated area.

The Role

As a production operator, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality products safely and efficiently. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production functions are carried out in an effective manner.

Responsibilities
  • Safe and efficient setup and operation of all allocated equipment
  • Accurate completion and recording of quality, testing, and production related documentation; reducing downtime where possible
  • Report any safety, quality, or environmental incidents and issues
  • Training staff and assisting with assessments as required
About You

We are seeking candidates with previous experience in a production operator role, preferably from the FMCG industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to work independently and take direction as needed
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to develop and grow professionally
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
