Procurement Specialist

The Department of Corporate and Digital Development is a comprehensive, sophisticated central corporate services agency that undertakes a unified enterprise-wide approach to delivering corporate and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support client agencies in procurement project delivery, including planning, specification development, sourcing and tender evaluation
  • Provide sound knowledge and understanding of procurement policy and legislation, and demonstrated experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management
  • Assist clients to enable informed decision-making on sound procurement principles while ensuring compliance with the NTG Procurement Framework
  • Collaborate effectively to achieve efficient procurement processes and outcomes

High-level written skills are essential for preparing documentation demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail, including procurement documents, reports, and briefs.

Qualifications:
  • A completed or progressing Diploma of Procurement Contracting or relevant qualifications will be well received

Remuneration includes base pay range: A$134,227.00/yr - A$144,271.00/yr, salary packaging, 12% superannuation, 6 weeks annual recreation, 3 weeks personal leave, 3 days Christmas closedown leave, 17.5% annual leave loading and professional development opportunities.
