We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Mental Health Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Cabrini Elsternwick. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional, woman-focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Cabrini Women's Mental Health is a leading service that addresses the unique mental health challenges faced by women. Our holistic approach supports women on their path to recovery, from mood disorders and complex trauma to PTSD, burnout, and sleep disorders.
We offer personalised 10–14-day inpatient care paired with an intensive community day program. Our team includes psychiatrists, mental health nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, art therapists, and exercise physiologists who work together to deliver excellent care.
The RoleAs a Women's Mental Health Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering compassionate, woman-focused care to inpatients
- Collaborating with advanced psychiatric trainees and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participating in regular reviews and ongoing professional development to maintain excellence in clinical practice
- Staying up-to-date with the latest research and clinical guidelines to integrate evidence-informed practice into patient care

About YouWe are looking for a Women's Mental Health Specialist who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes for women. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration and valid professional indemnity insurance
- Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions, including admitting and managing inpatients
- A commitment to excellence in clinical practice, conducting regular reviews, and ongoing professional development
- A dedication to evidence-informed practice, continuously integrating the latest research and clinical guidelines into patient care
