Opportunity

Honey Birdette is seeking a results-driven leader to spearhead sales and customer engagement across our retail outlets.

This exciting role will empower your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive commercial outcomes, and foster a positive work environment.

Your ability to communicate effectively, build a confident and collaborative team, and provide guidance on product knowledge will be key in achieving high commercial outcomes.

This role reports directly to the respective Area Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and achieve KPI targets across the outlet.
  • Raise customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Empower team members to explore product offerings and provide excellent customer service.
  • Lead, coach, and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to develop and motivate team members.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and an open-minded approach.
  • Highly driven individuals who are passionate about store success and brand awareness.
  • Confident communicators who can advise and direct with ease.
