
Business Leadership and Sales Growth Manager

This is a senior-level, full-time position within our retail organization. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team and drive sales growth in one of our Melbourne locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle
- Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding results
- Achieve significant sales growth and meet departmental and store KPI targets
- Launch promotional campaigns and optimize visual merchandising
- Daily stock recovery and replenishment
- Initiatives to increase departmental profit and improve stock management
- Proven retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Visual merchandising and display setup expertise
- Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of stock
- Ownership mindset for store performance
- Passionate attitude that inspires team members
- Resilient and innovative problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze and act on sales data, top sellers, and financial reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT systems
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain (fully funded)
