About Housekeeping Supervisor Role

Lead a high-performing housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our lifestyle communities and holiday parks.

This leadership opportunity involves overseeing the rostering of housekeeping staff, providing training and guidance, ensuring cabins, ensuite blocks, and amenity areas are cleaned to a high standard, and maintaining storage areas in a clean and tidy condition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a team leader or supervisory role, practical knowledge in cleaning or housekeeping, ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent customer service skills, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Rostering and Training: Assist the Park Manager with housekeeping staff rostering and provide direction and training to housekeeping staff.
  • Cabin and Facility Maintenance: Clean cabins, ensuite blocks, and amenity areas to a high standard.
  • Inventory Management: Replace linen, towels, and toiletries.
  • Storage and Organisation: Maintain storage areas in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Quality Assurance: Deliver first-class cleaning standards within a desirable timeframe.
