About the Role:
  • The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our housekeeping department.
  • This position strives to consistently meet and exceed guest expectations by working closely with various teams.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and implement policies and procedures that drive excellence in our housekeeping department.
  2. Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and enforce comprehensive guidelines that govern housekeeping operations.
  3. Conduct ongoing training sessions with housekeeping team members to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  4. Work closely with the General Manager to conduct regular performance evaluations of housekeeping team members.
  5. E nsure all housekeeping staff maintain high standards of personal grooming and adhere to set protocols.
  6. Foster strong relationships with other departments to guarantee that our properties consistently meet exceptional standards.
  7. Effectively distribute daily tasks among housekeeping team members, monitoring progress and providing support when needed.
  8. Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring daily tasks are completed to the highest standard, while reporting any complaints to management.
  9. Oversee stock and linen levels, submitting orders as required.
  10. Report maintenance issues to the relevant team, ensuring prompt attention and resolution.
