We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Administration Arranger to join our team at InvoCare. As a key member of our funeral services team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and families during a difficult time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and telephone enquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming, neat, and tidy, reflecting a professional image of our company.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, preparing letters, and presentations.
  • Receive payments and issue accounts and associated correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify service requirements with sensitivity to client grief, beliefs, traditions, and rituals, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Complete funeral documentation accurately and on time, meeting our high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Explain costs and payment terms clearly, ensuring clients understand our services and fees.
  • Liaise with service providers, such as clergy, florists, newspapers, and other suppliers, to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

About You:

  • You have experience working in a service-driven organization, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • You possess competent keyboard/computing and telephone operating skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are people-oriented, with excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the telephone, and are able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You are sensitive to grieving people, their values, and beliefs, and possess a level of comfort working with the deceased.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a close team environment and proactively support your colleagues.
  • You are willing and motivated to undertake training and development programs, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
  • You have the ability to respond appropriately to client/family concerns, providing empathetic and supportive solutions.
  • You have a current unrestricted driver's license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required.
