Bid Manager - Regional Operations Specialist

About the Role

This is a senior role responsible for overseeing regional request for proposal (RFP) responses, engaging with the global proposal team, and ensuring the proposal database is up-to-date.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be working closely with the global bid team to allocate deals, ensure best practices are applied in the region, and Asia Pacific is involved in global project initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee preparation of RFP presentations and dress rehearsals
  • Engage with the global proposal team to allocate deals and ensure best practices are applied
  • Ensure the proposal database is up-to-date
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mature understanding of the Australian market and the global custodian industry
  • Self-starter with outstanding communication skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Independently motivated and ambitious to drive a successful outcome
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qvidian database, and client relationship management tools
