Job Title: VET Coordinator and Careers Counsellor/Support

At our school, we're looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a VET Coordinator and Careers Counsellor/Support. As part of our collaborative environment, this role will play a vital part in supporting students and staff in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the enrolment, registration, and administration of student participation in VET programs
  • Liaise with industry partners and training organisations to develop effective partnerships and relationships
  • Promote VET courses to parents and students, highlighting their importance in career development

Requirements:

  • Understanding of what a VET coordinator's role entails, including student and staff support
  • Highly developed organisational skills to produce work within set timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
  • Demonstrated computer skills to achieve high-quality output
