About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in retail development, property, or construction project management.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning and execution of retail store development projects, managing internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Develop and refine business processes to improve efficiency and governance in store development.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution end to end.
  • Approve and oversee lease documentation, tender processes, and contractor engagement.
  • Conduct site visits and store handovers to ensure quality and readiness.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high level experience in retail development, property, or construction project management, managing projects end to end including new builds and refurbishments.
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Property, or related field.
  • Existing networks and engaged stakeholders within the ANZ landlord/property, construction community.
