Store Management Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our high-performing team at Victoria Gardens. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced retail leader who's passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage. You will motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Lead day-to-day store operations including sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage.
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Manage wage budgets in line with company standards and guidelines.
  • Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing.
  • Build community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A confident, hands-on attitude and a passion for leading from the front.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success.
  • Strong operational know-how in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with support office teams and local partners.
