Job Title: Outreach Support for Children
About the Role:This is a challenging yet rewarding position that involves providing mental health services to children and adolescents.
- Key responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, goal setting, and care planning for young people and their families.
- Deliver individual and family interventions, including therapy and support services.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement best clinical practices associated with assertive outreach services and optimal outcomes for young people and families.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A recognized degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy, with registration with AHPRA or membership to AASW.
- Minimum experience of 2 years working in child and adolescent mental health, with demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessment, formulation, and treatment of child and adolescent mental health problems and family relationship problems.
- Capacity for multi-disciplinary teamwork and ability to contribute to team learning and development.
