We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. They will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a first-class dining experience and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menu ideas and specials
  • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior management role within a hospitality or restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (desirable)
