About the Role

We are seeking a Vineyard Specialist to join our team, responsible for cultivating high-quality fruit for our premium wines.

  • Conduct tractor and machinery operations including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking.
  • Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks.
  • Engage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure highest quality standards.

About You

Suitable applicants will take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new skills, and possess a good eye for detail with a positive attitude.

  • Vineyard experience is preferred but we are open to varied past skills.
  • Safety focused with an eye for detail.
  • A reliable and engaged team player.
  • Able to perform manual handling work.
  • Forklift License and Unrestricted Drivers License are advantageous.
