About the Position


We are seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused individual with a passion for enhancing service quality and supporting advisers in delivering exceptional results to their clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working within advisor assistant or client services roles, preferably within the life insurance industry.


Key Responsibilities



  • Deliver customer-centric services to financial advisers and stakeholders
  • Manage a portfolio of advisers, providing end-to-end support throughout the policy lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisers to drive client advocacy
  • Process new business applications and ongoing service requests accurately and within service level agreements
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and solve problems, supporting a positive team environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency, reduce cycle times, and streamline processes for both the company and advisers

Key Requirements



  • Experience working within advisor assistant or client services roles
  • Experience working within the life insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of personal energy, with a drive to succeed and improve processes
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Financial services and industry qualifications highly regarded
