About the Role

Bunnings is seeking a dedicated and passionate team member to join our store team. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers who visit our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, answering questions and providing product information as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Bunnings' high standards of presentation and customer service.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all customers have a positive checkout experience.

  • You have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a positive experience for all customers.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • You are a team player, with a willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
