Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our crew at Grill'd Victoria Point. As a Team Member, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, providing an amazing Grill'd experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers
  • Prepare quality ingredients in the kitchen with love and attention to detail
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
What We Look For

We welcome previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment, but this is a great entry-level role, so we can do the training. If you have a big appetite for learning and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
