Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing teams of up to 15 tradespeople, ensuring seamless project execution and team collaboration.
  • Confident electrical expertise, with excellent knowledge and skills in electrical ability.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, enabling confidence when conversing with high-level building managers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify leads, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong working relationships with building managers.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills are crucial in this role.

Requirements:

  • A WA A Grade Electrical Licence is mandatory.
  • Hold a valid Drivers licence.
  • Must possess a Construction White Card.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-trade experience in electrical work.
  • Proven management experience is required.
