Electrical Supervision Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our operations team. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical team to ensure safe and effective operation of the electrical systems supplying our operational works.

Your primary duties will include ensuring day-to-day duties of the electrical employees and contractors are carried out in the correct manner with respect to quality and safety. You will also be required to organise action registers to address safety and management issues highlighted from daily reports and inspections.

In addition, you will assist with planning, preparation and completion of electrical works, ensuring that Quality, Environmental and other policies are implemented, maintained and progressively improved. You will work closely with the Site Leadership team and the Human Resources Department to ensure that all staff working onsite are suitably qualified to carry out the work.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years previous experience leading teams in an Electrical Supervisory capacity, with plant/crushing experience preferably in a mining environment. They must also be able to qualify for In-house Electrical Nominee, hold a C Class Driver's License and possess a current WA 'A' Grade Electrical License and Senior First Aid Certificate.

  • Assist with planning, preparation and completion of electrical works.
  • Ensure implementation of Quality, Environmental and other policies.
  • Collaborate with Site Leadership team and Human Resources Department to ensure staff suitability.
