About the Role

GGB - Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will play a critical role in servicing and growing our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the overall account management and debtor management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with clients and internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre to implement changes and ensure accurate preparation of information.
  • Gather relevant client information and identify key issues to provide assistance to brokers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients, adhering to company procedures and protocols.
  • Stay informed of industry trends by attending internal and external training sessions, industry seminars, and other relevant events.
  • Apply best business practices in all activities, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Tier 1 or 2 qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent administration skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence.
