**Role Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative educator to join our school community as a STEM Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality learning programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs in STEM subjects that cater to diverse student needs and improve academic outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) practices to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the growth of colleagues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong knowledge and skills in teaching STEM subjects.
  • Experience in implementing PBL practices and promoting positive behaviour.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
