Dedicated Early Childhood Educator Wanted for Dynamic Kindergarten Role

About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, collaborating with a passionate team of educators who share your enthusiasm for early childhood development. As a Sessional Kindergarten Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that foster children's curiosity and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver child-centred learning activities that meet individual needs and promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming kindergarten environment
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment, adhering to National Quality Framework guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulations
- VIT registration as an ECT (Early Childhood Teacher)
- Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF frameworks
- Ability to create engaging, interactive learning experiences
- Valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC), current First Aid certification, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain them)
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications
