Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team at the Mindyarra Maintenance Facility in Dubbo. Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, you will provide administrative support to the operations team involved in the Regional Rail Project.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks related to the project, including documentation, scheduling, and communication. You will also lead the process of payroll for the project and maintain accurate records of project-related documentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the operations team with various administrative tasks, such as documentation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Payroll: Lead the process of payroll for the project.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation.
  • Coordination: Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
