Seeking an accomplished Senior Lawyer to lead and manage complex estate disputes, providing strategic legal advice to clients across a wide range of sectors.

The Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and experienced lawyer to take on a leadership role within the team.

You will work closely with Partners and a talented group of professionals, advising clients on estates and commercial matters.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most respected lawyers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex matters from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of legal services.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to clients on various issues.
  • Draft and review pleadings, submissions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in hearings and mediations.
  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and build your own network of clients.
About You

Qualified lawyers with at least 5 years' PAE experience in estate and/or commercial litigation.

Strong technical legal skills, with experience in courtroom and mediation settings.

A proactive and results-driven approach to client management and problem-solving.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with a commitment to mentoring junior lawyers.

An ability to think strategically, demonstrating sound judgment and decision-making.

Admission to practice in Australia, with the ability to work in the Perth market.
