Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and driving business success.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical repair issues, working closely with dealerships and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Your primary objective will be to consistently deliver high-quality service, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

To achieve this, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, concise solutions.

A strong understanding of automotive technology and diagnostic procedures is essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

About the Role:

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to dealerships and customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in automotive technology.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical support role.
  • ASE certification in automotive service and/or repair.
  • Strong knowledge of diesel, gas, hybrid, and EV engine diagnosis and repair.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical information and provide clear, concise solutions.
