Job Overview

The Training Compliance Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and excellence of Flight Crew and Cabin Crew. This position coordinates and manages all aspects of training, including initial and recurrent compliance requirements.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with the option to be located at one of our bases in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities
  • Rostering and recording of Flight Crew training and checking in accordance with CASA regulations
  • Maintenance and rostering of Licence and Medical Renewals for Flight Crew in accordance with CASA regulations
  • Rostering of monthly checks and training requirements for Flight Operations Pilots
  • Planning and programming of all Training and Checking events
  • Managing Training Flight and Cabin Crew resources
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a comparable training role or equivalent in a highly regulated industry
  • Extensive knowledge of Civil Aviation Regulatory framework
  • Thorough understanding of computer software systems
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to drive and manage change within a multi-function environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver required outcomes
