Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable, including coordination and processing of all invoices.
  • Support merchandise accounting, including inventory and sales reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within our financial systems.
  • Assist with general finance operations, including banking, procurement, and day-to-day accounting tasks.
  • Support the team in reviewing beneficiaries' financial suitability for funding.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required.
About You:
  • You should have exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills is essential.
  • Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and general finance administration is necessary.
  • Proficient in MYOB and comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus).
  • A clear communicator with a positive, collaborative approach is required.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and composure.
