Job Description:

The Warehouse Replenishment function is pivotal in ensuring seamless warehouse operations. This role involves collaborating with a team to maintain accurate inventory records, inspect goods for quality, and guarantee that stock levels are consistently replenished. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently, handling oversized and awkward freight, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and yard.
  • Load Management: Efficiently handle oversized, awkward, and unsightly freight.
  • Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves, racks, and storage areas.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect goods to ensure they meet company standards before storage or dispatch.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to WHS standards.
Requirements:
  • Australian Working Rights - essential.
  • Forklift Licence (LF) - essential.
  • Experience handling unusual freight and oversized loads.
  • Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or steel industry environments (highly desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team.
