Warehouse Coordinator Role Overview

This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a strong commitment to safety.

About the Job
  • Perform routine inventory management tasks and warehouse duties to support customers and daily site activities.
  • Coordinate and deliver critical materials to Network Maintenance teams and approved contractors as required.
  • Conduct stocktaking procedures including cycle counts and advise on discrepancies or incorrectly catalogued items.
  • Maintain warehouse security and safe operating conditions at all times.
  • Provide operational support for skilled high-risk plant and equipment as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Routine inventory management processes and warehouse tasks.
  2. Manage and coordinate delivery of critical materials.
  3. Internal and vendor held stocktaking.
  4. Warehouse security and safety.
  5. Operational support for high-risk plant and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong inventory management skills and knowledge.
  • Current forklift license and experience in large-scale logistics setting.
  • Competence in SAP Materials Management or equivalent system.
  • Strong understanding of policies and procedures.
  • Basic Microsoft Suite capability including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
