Culture Catalyst Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Culture Catalyst. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business success by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide support to stakeholders across all departments.
  • Partner with business units to develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Manage employee experience processes, including engagement and performance management.
  • Lead process improvements and initiatives that drive business growth using data-driven insights.

Qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are essential, along with minimum 12 months experience in a business partner role. Experience in administration of systems and software is preferred, as well as end-to-end program management and sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
