Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Lead to lead data testing efforts, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery of compliant, high-quality test data solutions.

About the Role

This role involves leading and managing test data support activities across multiple applications and initiatives. The successful candidate will design and implement robust test data strategies tailored to project-specific needs, oversee test data refresh, provisioning, and masking processes for enterprise platforms, and translate compliance, security, and testing requirements into practical data management approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate compliance, security, and testing requirements into practical data management approaches.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise testing frameworks and data privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of test data.
  • Monitor and track KPIs related to data quality, test coverage, and provisioning SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6–10 years of experience in Information Technology, with strong expertise in test data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in data provisioning, masking, and automation for enterprise applications.
  • Proficient in handling stakeholder and program-level coordination.
  • Strong background in test scenario management, data profiling, and quality assessment.
  • Experience in creating staffing plans and estimating TDM efforts for projects.
  • Hands-on experience with DB technologies such as DB2, Oracle, and MS SQL.
  • Advanced scripting knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, SSIS, and JCL (preferred).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Control-M, ESP, and Endevor.
  • Experience with industry-standard TDM tools such as Delphix, Broadcom CA TDM, Compuware, FileAid, and RDX.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
