Travel Consultant Opportunity

Job Summary: Experienced travel consultants are sought after to develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring business retention, growth, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build multi-level relationships with customers to manage their total travel programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to a cohesive team environment, valuing strong relationships and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leisure travel consulting or corporate travel management.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, with Sabre being highly regarded.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, enabling effective relationship-building.
