Customer Experience Specialist
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our customer-facing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere in our stores.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a key part of our customer's shopping experience, you will be responsible for displaying products in a visually appealing way, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
About You and Your Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work actively, standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy loads when required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
