We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent professional to fill the role of Assistant Director within our Major Investigations team.

The successful applicant will lead and manage a team of investigators, providing support, guidance, and advice on regulatory activities. They will liaise with industry representatives and stakeholders, review briefs of evidence, interview witnesses, and gather evidence to assist in investigations.

About the Role

The Assistant Director will play a key role in conducting and managing workplace investigations, providing compliance and enforcement services that contribute to the reduction of harm and improved support for injured or ill workers in ACT workplaces.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support, guidance, and advice on regulatory activities
  • Liaising with industry representatives and stakeholders
  • Reviewing briefs of evidence, interviewing witnesses, and gathering evidence
