As a Hygiene Maintenance Specialist at Rentokil Initial, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in various settings.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine servicing tasks as required, including delivering and swapping over mats and tea towels;
  • Carry out Sharp Sweeps, First Aid, Premium Scenting, Steam Treatment, and Detailed Bathroom Cleans with precision and attention to detail;
  • Install, repair, replace, and remove all Hygiene products with efficiency and professionalism;
  • Work within a set zone, adhering to planned schedules and meeting deadlines;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding;
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and communication channels;
  • Awareness of clients' needs and identification of opportunities to enhance service standards.

Requirements:
