About Us:
Top Health Doctors is a group of doctor owned GP and skin cancer clinics focused on the highest level of patient care. Our clinics provide comprehensive general practice care and an extensive range of specialised services. Top Health Doctors have a number of clinics across Brisbane and the south side and are expanding North.
This unique opportunity at our brand new, currently 'under construction' Strathpine clinic, is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start of a clinic doors opening and shape a professional seamless reception.
Key Responsibilities: You will play a crucial role in our clinic's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership: Taking charge of daily clinic running, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Reception: Leading and managing our reception, assisting with rosters and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
-
Patient Care: Delivering excellent patient care and assistance, including appointment scheduling, inquiries, and support.

Administrative Tasks: Overseeing administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
-
Collaboration: Collaborating with our medical team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of 3 years experience in a general practice setting (leadership experience).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in clinic management software (Best Practice, HotDoc).
-
Passion for healthcare and a commitment to patient & staff well-being.
