About Us
Quality and Safety Manager RoleWe are seeking a Quality and Safety Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across our operations.
The successful candidate will oversee all HSEQ activities across Victoria, South Australia, and New Zealand, working closely with production teams, senior management, and customers to enhance safety and quality standards, manage compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and maintain ISO 9001 certification and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
- Manage quality assurance and control processes to minimize product impact and customer complaints.
- Conduct HSEQ audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HSEQ roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in ISO 9001, GMP, and statistical process control (SPC).
