Strategic Change Coordinator

To deliver exceptional patient care, we are seeking a skilled Coordinator to lead our Change Management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic change plans to ensure seamless transitions in clinical services.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers to change.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to staff on change management principles and best practices.
- Conduct regular evaluations of change initiatives to assess their effectiveness and impact.
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience working in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
