The Role of a PrincipalA principal goes beyond individual project delivery to support non-billable activities such as:
- Winning new business opportunities
- Developing team technical capabilities
- Fostering collaboration across the organization
- Providing targeted support to client engagements
This role requires driving strategic objectives for our Google practice, including acquiring diversified revenue streams, developing long-standing relationships and being an industry leader in lean agile operational business processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position involves:
- Providing technical expertise to support pre-sales activities
- Driving technology strategy within our Google team
- Building our reputation within a broader community
- Establishing personal/technical relationships with key technology influencers
- Promoting collaboration within the Google team
To be successful, you will need:
