Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our member services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide relationship management activities for members, delivering proactive support as required.
  • Conduct appointments and offer advice and guidance, following through with actions to meet member needs.
  • Deliver single topic scoped advice on superannuation related topics.
  • Leverage data to drive insights and proactive member contact, ensuring all superannuation needs are met.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM platform to ensure it is used strategically in member management.
  • Collaborate with external providers, providing comprehensive support as needed.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality experience, identifying strategies to better support each member.
  • Facilitate education roadshows, workplace programs and presentations, seminars, and webinars.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning is essential.
  • Solid knowledge of superannuation.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality service-related outcomes.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics would be advantageous.
