We are seeking a Cancer Care Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to patients diagnosed with breast cancer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Navigate all cancer streams, providing education about diagnoses, treatments, and available resources.
  • Guide patients through complex healthcare systems, scheduling appointments, facilitating referrals, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and families, monitoring patient progress and following up on care plans.
  • Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and social workers to advocate for patient needs and address barriers to care.
Requirements:
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in oncology nursing or relevant experience in advanced practice is necessary.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Oncology or a related field will be highly regarded.
