Job Description:
The HiTech Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a highly multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing the Department's infrastructure hosting, wholesale services, and server remediation. The role involves working with business and product stakeholders to identify and document requirements for the uplift of operating systems and/or server infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document requirements for the rationalisation and uplift of wholesale ICT services, including discovery, analysis, recommendation, and assistance during migration.
- Ensure smooth transition of approved solutions to the BAU support teams.
- Work with business and product stakeholders to identify and document requirements for the uplift of operating systems and/or server infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience using analytical techniques and tools to analyse and categorise data, ideally in the business service mapping domain.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems and evidence-based analysis to stakeholders in verbal and written format.
- Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops, including the ability to independently undertake discovery activities with business, application, and technology stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
