Transition to a Sustainable Energy Future

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our energy advisory team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with energy project developers, investors, financiers, innovators and public sector stakeholders to drive the transition to a sustainable, green future.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities through client relationship development and value proposition creation
  • Lead transaction execution from origination to close, including financial modeling, diligence, financing and negotiation
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies for energy sector M&A transactions that align with client objectives
  • Manage engagement teams to undertake acquisitions or disposals of energy projects, portfolios or businesses
  • Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance issues specific to the energy sector
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a transaction role within an advisory environment
  • Expertise in M&A, project finance structuring and the energy market fundamentals
  • A strong desire to contribute to decarbonising our economy
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, engineering or law
