Job Overview

The Process Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to work with our customers in the Fish Division, optimizing their production processes and contributing to the installation of our solutions. The preferred location for this position is Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit customers' production processes to identify areas for improvement and help them optimize their operations for maximum profit.
  • Report recommendations for increasing performance and process stability, including actionable plans for implementation and testing.
  • Identify service and sales opportunities from a technical perspective and propose optimal maintenance, upgrades, and replacement solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for Field Service/Technical Support Engineers and customers, highlighting key skills and knowledge transfer.
  • Take ownership of all process consultancy-related work orders and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Support sales-related activities, innovation modifications, and provide complex technical support internally and to customers.
  • Perform field service work when required, adhering to SLA/PMS/performance standards and break-fixes.
